The room was a good size - it had a comfy king bed, a cozy chair, and a relaxing jet tub. The location was right in the middle of everything, making it super convenient. The staff here were top-notch - they were really professional and super attentive! 🌟

Friendly staff, worked quickly to get us a new room when a storm caused roof damage and a leak. Great breakfast for customers. Washer and dryer available to customers helped with our travels. We have moved a grown child with a disability to Fayetteville for education and independence support that is not provided in North East Arkansas, so we plan to make this Hotel our home away from home, so we can be with him every month.

With a small child, we notice floors. The only thing I could improve on is cleaner carpeting.

The breakfast and the pool. The lady who made the breakfast and kept the food ready was very nice, friendly, and helpful. The indoor pool with doors open to outside was a great thing as it stormed one night and we could not have swam if it had not been indoors. My 10 year old grandson loved it.

I realize a lot of construction workers stay in the rooms but I wish there was a way to keep carpets clean (like tell them they have to take off their shoes before going into the rooms and changing dirty clothes in the bathroom)

The hotel is beautifully kept and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful. The property's central setting made it easy to get around the area. It is located next to a grassy embankment, downtown restaurants and shops, and the center. The inclusion of a microwave and a refrigerator in the queen room was a nice touch.

Room close to pool was quiet. WIFI was best connection found at any hotel. Thank You!

Hot dog chunks in lieu of sausage wasn't a good call for breakfast food. The rest of the food service was okay.

The hotel's location was peaceful and conveniently located in the heart of the city, offering us a modern, recently renovated room with a luxurious jet tub, an additional cozy blanket, and a comfortable chair.

I didn't like anything about my stay. The staff had my booking info wrong and didn't offer to fix it, but was rude instead. Our hotel room had pink mold and hair in the shower, the sink and mirror had not been cleaned before our stay (soap stains all over the counter), we found an iPod next to the bed (proving more that no one cleaned the room) and to top it all off, I had a bug on my pillow. Upon telling the staff and general manager all of this, they said "well there's nothing we can do about that."

The staff here were all very polite and the room was super clean with a jacuzzi tub, plus its great location in the center was a bonus.

Clean and wonderful hotel, courteous staff and exceptionally comfortable beds. Well-kept and spacious room with a large bathroom and central heating, television and a microwave oven. All in all particularly good setting near Springdale, waffle house, and close to University of Arkansas. Also, in the Gulf.

The setting of this place was tranquil and peaceful. 🌿 Had a tasty warm breakfast here, really hit the spot. The staff were super friendly and knew their stuff, they gave me some awesome tips.

This place offers double rooms with jacuzzi tubs and is conveniently located next to various downtown restaurants, shops, Springdale, and Baum Stadium.

Room was great and very comfortable. Close to areas that we were going to enjoy and travel to.

The location was perfect for me, just a short walk to downtown restaurants, Springdale, and Baum Stadium. The hotel is conveniently located only 2 miles from Razorback Stadium. I loved staying in the queen room with 2 double beds, a jetted tub, and a shower. The microwave and refrigerator in the room were very handy.

The hotel was just fine! They were very helpful when we arrived and they could not locate our reservation that we had made on Booked.net. We will be staying there again,but not using Booked.net again!!!!

Its location not too far away from Randal Tyson Track Center was great.
